Nicole & Charlie have known each other since childhood and did not imagine then that they'd end up spending their lives together. They are such an awesome couple—and her mom and sister also joined us! Here's some of my favorites.
Read MoreStephanie & Steve met working at one of the most beautiful Inn's in the Southeast— The Omni Grove Park Inn, in the heart of Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. We shot on an overcast Sunday which cast some of my favorite light, especially with the awesome abandoned house on the hill as our backdrop. These two will be wed in August in the middle of the woods at a Boys Summer Camp—it's going to be amazing. <3
Read MoreWas super excited when Danielle reached out asking about shooting their engagement at the Ice Plant Bar. Not only is it one of my favorite spots (and has killer light falling from the high windows mid-morning) but Verne is co-owner of Bosscal Mezcal and they wanted to incorporate the awesome bottle as well. Danielle & Verne are getting married in 2 months and I am super psyched to be part of their intimate wedding at The Lightner Museum & Casa Monica Hotel.
Read MoreWas super stoked when Natalie Stoppelli Canty (Owner of Parlor Room) & Julie Stoppelli (Owner of DOS Coffee & Wine) asked me to shoot a stylized shoot promoting St. Augustine's newest wedding and event venue. I cannot wait to see this venue open right behind DOS in December 2016. A beautiful industrial building with handcrafted farmhouse tables. It's exactly what St. Augustine needs.
Read MoreKelly & Adam are from Port Saint Lucie. They decided to keep things simple (and absolutely gorgeous) and have a small ceremony at Cedar House Inn in historic downtown St. Augustine. They also got married on my favorite holiday and I am SO happy I decided to work this Halloween. The masks Kelly found and Adam's top hat were an awesome touch. Thanks, St. Augustine, for always providing such KILLER backdrops.
Read MoreBrooke & Ryan were married on June 14, 2015. It was a hot day (ask any of the groomsmen, who hung at the fort in the afternoon sun, before grabbing beers at Meehan's) but the indoor ceremony inside The White Room, along with a reception overlooking the Bayfront couldn't have been sweeter—or cooler. I met Brooke & Ryan last spring and knew immediately that I was going to have a blast working with them. We have since became friends, as Brooke yelled as I was packing up our gear at the end of the night, "Sarah, we can hang out now!" I am so happy for the both of them and for not once complaining about the blanket of humidity that hung over us as we took portraits on Charlotte Street. They turned out gorgeous.

Jessica and Jake eloped exactly where they had their first date—on a small fishing dock in St. Augustine south. Scattered thunderstorms filled the days forecast and hours before the ceremony we were still questioning whether the weather would hold up. We decided to go with it. I packed umbrellas and prepared for the storm... it never came.
